Piven was attracted to the private elevator and the teak hot tub on his roof deck . . . THAT the producers of "The Great American Trailer Park Musical" — Jeffrey Richards ("Glengarry Glen Ross") and Jean Doumanian ("Democracy") — are dedicating the production, which opens Aug. 30 at Dodger Stages, to Hilary Swank and Bill Clinton.
